What the pack adds

Job templates
Thirteen, each with a duration for the slot finder and a checklist already linked. House Wash (Soft Wash) 180 min, Driveway + Concrete Cleaning 120, Roof Wash (Soft Wash) 240, Deck / Fence Wash 150, Gutter Brightening 90, Rust / Stain Treatment 90, Commercial Flatwork 180, Fleet / Equipment Wash 120, House Wash + Driveway Package 270, Maintenance Plan Visit 180, Gutter Clean-Out 120, Paver Restoration (Clean, Sand, Seal) 480, Deck Staining and Sealing 480.
Required skills are pre-filled: PressureWashing on all thirteen, plus SoftWash on the four soft-wash templates, RoofWash on the roof, WoodCare on the deck and fence work, StainRemoval on rust, Sealing on paver restoration, and Commercial on flatwork and fleet. If nobody carries those tags at Team and Availability, the slot finder gates every tech off the job.
The templates that bill by measure pre-fill a placeholder quantity: 2,000 sq ft on Commercial Flatwork, 160 linear ft on Gutter Clean-Out, 500 sq ft twice on Paver Restoration, 300 sq ft on Deck Staining, 2 spots on Rust / Stain Treatment. Measure on site and correct the line before it reaches an invoice.
Services
Twenty-five price book lines, each with all three tiers (Default, Member, Commercial) and a cost, all badged "Set your price" until you save them.
House Wash: single story, two story, the House Wash and Driveway Package, and an Exterior Maintenance Plan (Twice Yearly). Roof: Roof Soft Wash. Flatwork: Driveway Cleaning (Up to 600 Sq Ft), Concrete Cleaning, Concrete Sealing, Paver Re-Sanding and Sealing. Wood: Deck Cleaning, Fence Cleaning, Deck Staining and Sealing.
Add-ons: Gutter Face Cleaning and Brightening, Gutter Interior Clean-Out and Debris Haul-Away, Rust Stain Removal, Oil and Grease Stain Removal, Trip Charge, Hourly Rate, After-Hours and Overnight Service Premium. Commercial: Sidewalk and Walkway Cleaning, Monthly Storefront Cleaning, Dumpster Pad Cleaning and Deodorizing, Fleet Vehicle Washing, Wastewater Recovery and Disposal, Graffiti Removal.
Eight are flagged for public booking: both house washes, the bundle, the maintenance plan, roof, driveway, deck, and gutter face cleaning. The per sq ft, per linear ft and per spot lines stay off, because a homeowner cannot pick footage off a dropdown. House wash is priced by story here and capped at roughly 2,000 and 3,000 sq ft. If you price wall area or bid by the hour, that is a rebuild in the Price Book, not a price edit.
Checklists
Three, shipped for you to check against your own procedure at Checklists. All thirteen job templates point at one of them.
- Pre-Wash Site Survey, 17 items. Pre-existing damage photographed (required), substrate, a chalking and oxidation wipe test, spigot flow in GPM, surface area, wind speed and ambient temperature, storm drains and downspout outfalls in the wash path located (required), A/C condenser covered, wood moisture before stain, and the scope walked with the customer.
- Soft-Wash Chemical Safety, 17 items. Mix ratio logged (required), hypochlorite lot strength, mix strength, dwell time before rinse, working pressure at the gun, nozzle in use, water temperature, runoff pH before it leaves the property, how the wash water is handled, a photo of containment at the discharge point (required), and SDS on the truck (required).
- Post-Job Walkthrough, 16 items. Final rinse checked in raking light (required), flatwork checked for lap lines once dry, glass and screens re-rinsed, beds flushed with any yellowing photographed, covers pulled, hoses drained, where the wash water went (required), before and after photos, and the result timeline set, since roof and north walls keep brightening for two to six weeks.
Parts
Twenty truck items across seven categories: Wash Chemicals (4), Stain Removal (3), Sealers (3), Wood Care (2), Wear Parts (6), Fleet Wash (1), and Containment (1). Cost and price are a national average, stock is zero, and no reorder point is set, because nothing here knows what is on your truck. Count it once and set your own numbers at Parts and Inventory.
The bill of materials wires 30 rows to 19 services. Every chemical quantity assumes 12.5 percent sodium hypochlorite bought by the gallon and downstreamed. Buy 10 percent, draw from a tote, or run a 12V softwash rig at your own dilution and the volumes are wrong for you. Roof Soft Wash is the heaviest line at 12 gallons plus 2 lb of neutralizer, and that is a full roof, not a small ranch.
The per sq ft and per linear ft services carry fractional quantities that multiply against the line, so Concrete Cleaning is 0.002 gal of hypochlorite per sq ft, not per job. The six wear parts (two nozzle sets, downstream injector, coupler and O-ring kit, 50 ft hose, pump oil) sit in the catalog with no bill of materials, because they are rig upkeep and not job consumables. Deck Staining and Sealing carries none either, since the pack ships no stain: the color is the customer's pick.
Seasonal pricing proposals
Four rules, all shipped switched off. The engine ignores an inactive rule, so nothing moves until you open one and turn it on at Seasonal Pricing.
- Spring Curb Appeal Rush, Mar 15 to Jun 15, 1.20x on House Wash, Two Story. Only that line, not single story and not the bundle.
- Deck Season, Apr 1 to Jun 30, 1.15x on Deck Cleaning.
- Peak Algae Season, Jun 1 to Sep 15, 1.15x on Roof Soft Wash.
- Winter Slow Season, Dec 1 to Feb 20, 0.85x on Driveway Cleaning (Up to 600 Sq Ft).
The calendar behind these is humid-Southeast shaped. Peak Algae assumes streaking that gets worse all summer, and the winter discount assumes flatwork still runs in December. In a freeze market you are not washing concrete in that window at all, so the rule only cuts the price of the few jobs you do take.
Typical workflow
- House washes are the anchor; the driveway bundle is the standard upsell, and it ships as its own template and its own price book line so you are not rebuilding it on every estimate.
- Photo pre-existing damage (oxidation, failed seals) before the wand comes off the truck. Both the survey and the walkthrough carry a photo item for it, and it's the cheapest insurance you'll ever buy.
- Storefronts and dumpster pads are recurring monthly work: a service contract holds the term, a recurring invoice does the billing.
- Roof washes are premium, slower, and weather-sensitive. They get their own template at 240 minutes so the slot finder sizes them right, and the walkthrough sets the two to six week expectation before you leave the driveway.
- The Maintenance Plan bills once a year at enrollment. Its template note says to clear the line on the second visit if the year is already invoiced; read it before the fall touch-up goes out as a second charge.
Customer portal upsell
Before-and-after photos sell this trade better than any ad copy. Send them through the portal, then let the Customer Feedback Loop route happy responses to a Google review automatically.
Re-applying and mixing packs
Applying a pack twice only adds what is missing, so re-apply after an update without losing an edit. Plenty of wash shops also carry Window Cleaning or Gutters, which share the ladder work and the same route customers, and Roofing if the roof wash keeps turning up shingles that need more than a wash. Apply any of them from Settings -> Vertical Packs.
